2. Counter-Notification (Response by the Alleged Infringer)

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in your country of residence, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the removed content after 10โ€“14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement.
